With the amount of adulteration in food today and the busy life that we lead, it is difficult to get the right kind and amount of nutrition from only food. The food value that we get from our daily meals is not sufficient in maintaining a healthy balance of nutrition in our body. A little extra nutrition is helpful in keeping us active and healthy. Since this fact has been accepted by quite a few, the only practical solution is taking nutritional supplements.
